Plan Classes definition

Plan Classes. The Plan divides all Claims and Interests into 14 different Classes. Each Claim will receive the same treatment as all other Claims in the same Class under the Plan, so that the applicable terms of the Plan for each Claim depend upon its classification.

Examples of Plan Classes in a sentence

Related to Plan Classes

  • Scheduled Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
