Plan of Actions definition

Plan of Actions means plans, satisfactory to the Bank, setting forth the actions required to be taken by each Participating Bank to improve its current financial position and performance, including annual targets to reduce their classified assets and to comply with legal lending limits;
Plan of Actions means any plans, satisfactory to the Association, setting forth the actions required to be taken by any PFI to improve its financial position and performance, including compliance with BOM prudential regulations.
