Plan Options definition

Plan Options means, options to purchase Common Stock of the Company pursuant to the Option Plan.

Plan Options means options, restricted stock and any other stock-based compensation awards issued or issuable under any stock-based compensation plan approved by the Board or any employment, consulting or similar agreements in effect as of the date hereof or entered into after the date hereof and approved by the Board.

Plan Options has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Recitals.

• Subject to the terms and provisions of the Plan, Options may be granted to Participants in such number, and upon such terms, and at any time and from time to time as shall be determined by the Committee.

More Definitions of Plan Options

Plan Options means (i) options to purchase Motif US Common Stock granted under the Motif Stock Option Plan, or (ii) any other outstanding option held by a Person who has entered into an agreement with the Company to have such option treated in the same manner as options granted under the Motif Stock Option Plan (irrespective of any other amendments to such option grant terms).

"STOCK PLANS" shall mean all stock option plans and other stock or equity-related plans of the Company. "SUBSIDIARY" of a Person shall mean any corporation, partnership, association or other business entity at least 50% of the outstanding voting power of which is at the time owned or controlled directly or indirectly by such Person or by one or more of such subsidiary entities, or both.
