Plan Share Reserve definition

Plan Share Reserve means the shares of Common Stock held by the Trustee pursuant to Sections 5.03 and 5.04.

Plan Share Reserve means the shares of Common Stock held by the Trustee pursuant to Sections 5.02 and 5.03.

Plan Share Reserve means the maximum number of shares of Common Stock that may be issued with respect to Awards granted under the Plan.

• Any Shares subject or attributable to an Award which may not be earned because of a forfeiture by the Participant pursuant to Section 7.01 shall be added to the Plan Share Reserve.

More Definitions of Plan Share Reserve

Plan Share Reserve means the Common Shares held by the Trustee pursuant to Sections 5.02 and 5.03 of this Agreement.
