Plan Support Period definition

Plan Support Period means the period commencing on the Plan Support Effective Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (i) the date on which this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 5 hereof, (ii) the Effective Date, and (iii) the effective date of a plan of reorganization in the Chapter 11 Cases confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court other than the Debtor Plan, as applicable.
Plan Support Period means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the Termination Date.
