Planned Execution Time definition

Planned Execution Time is a time at which a Scheduled Job is scheduled to begin executing.

Examples of Planned Execution Time in a sentence

  • A given Scheduled Job is in a state of delayed execution if it has not begun executing after a Planned Execution Time, provided that such delayed execution time shall not be considered Downtime if the Scheduled Job begins executing within thirty (30) minutes after a Planned Execution Time.

Related to Planned Execution Time

  • Execution Date means the date on which the parties execute and enter into this Agreement.

  • Effective Time has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Pre-Closing Tax Period means any Tax period ending on or before the Closing Date and that portion of any Straddle Period ending on the Closing Date.

  • Merger Date means the closing date of a Merger Event or, where a closing date cannot be determined under the local law applicable to such Merger Event, such other date as determined by the Calculation Agent.
