Planned narcotics surveillance definition

Planned narcotics surveillance means a planned operation wherein a law enforcement officer(s) enters onto a school property or buildings in plainclothes during or while participating in activities associated with the use, possession, or distribution of any controlled dangerous substance. The term does not include observations made by a law enforcement officer, whether in uniform or in plainclothes, from any place or property not owned by the Board of Education.

  • Transit-oriented development means infrastructure improvements that are located within 1/2 mile of a transit station or transit-oriented facility that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use as determined by the board and approved by the municipality in which it is located.

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed.
