Planning Ordinance definition

Planning Ordinance means the most recently adopted version of the "Town of Mason Planning Ordinance". Where numerical reference is made to a section of this ordinance, for example IV.A, the number refers to the numbering used in the March 1986 version of said ordinance and shall be understood to mean the equivalent section in the current version of the Ordinance.
