The COUNTY provides the SUBRECIPIENT the award under this Agreement to perform project activities under the COUNTY’S CDBG-DR Recovery and Resiliency Planning Program.
Furthermore, the SUBRECIPIENT shall conduct its project to align with the approved eligible activity(ies) found under the most-recent approved Action Plan for the COUNTY’S CDBG-DR Recovery and Resiliency Planning Program.
