Planning Program definition

Planning Program means a written description of the Project objectives, including intended use of facilities and site, design constraints and criteria, physical parameters, space requirements and relationships, and any requirements for special equipment, systems, or materials. The Owner shall furnish its Program to the Architect.

  • The COUNTY provides the SUBRECIPIENT the award under this Agreement to perform project activities under the COUNTY’S CDBG-DR Recovery and Resiliency Planning Program.

  • Furthermore, the SUBRECIPIENT shall conduct its project to align with the approved eligible activity(ies) found under the most-recent approved Action Plan for the COUNTY’S CDBG-DR Recovery and Resiliency Planning Program.

Related to Planning Program

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.
