Plant Contracts definition

Plant Contracts means each of the Contracts to which Seller or any of its Affiliates is a party with respect to the Plant Assets that is listed on Schedule 1.1(c).
Plant Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a)(xiii)(D).
Plant Contracts means the Lease Agreement, the Bank Agreement, the M&O Contract, the AVLIS Transfer Agreement, and each other contract, power contract, lease, request for enrichment servic- es, or other agreement which are listed on Schedule H or copies of which otherwise may be provided to Operator by USEC from time to time.

  • Except as provided in Section 8.15 below, materially amend, modify or obtain or grant a waiver of any material provision of any of the Key Plant Contracts unless the same shall be consented to in writing by the Majority Lenders (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld).

  • As at the date of this Agreement, the Borrower has not incurred any Financial Indebtedness, other than the Financial Indebtedness which it is permitted to incur in accordance with Subclause 12.6(b) (Financial Indebtedness), the indebtedness incurred under the EPC Plant Contracts and the indebtedness associated with the Borrower's obligations towards the Borrower's Advisors and Auditors and the notary in charge of the Project.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, __________________ the "Purchased Property" consists of the Telephone Plant, Contracts, Transferred Books and Records and FCC Licenses in effect or owned by Seller on the Closing Date that pertain solely to the telephone exchanges listed in Schedule 2.2 (the "Purchased Exchanges") other than the Excluded Property.

  • The Key Plant Contracts shall not result in a violation of this provision.

Plant Contracts means all contracts of the Seller with respect to the procurement of feedstock, supplies, equipment, consumables and marketing, transportation, logistics and laboratory services for the Plant and for the sale and delivery of biodiesel, glycerin and associated by-products from the Plant.
