Plant Contracts definition

Plant Contracts means each of the Contracts to which Seller or any of its Affiliates is a party with respect to the Plant Assets that is listed on Schedule 1.1(c).

Examples of Plant Contracts in a sentence

  • Except as provided in Section 8.15 below, materially amend, modify or obtain or grant a waiver of any material provision of any of the Key Plant Contracts unless the same shall be consented to in writing by the Majority Lenders (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld).

  • Unless the context shall otherwise require, capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to them in this Section 1.1; provided, that any capitalized term not defined herein and otherwise defined in the Plant Contracts, shall be as defined in the Plant Contracts (which definitions are incorporated herein by this reference and utilized where the context requires).

  • For purposes of this Agreement, __________________ the "Purchased Property" consists of the Telephone Plant, Contracts, Transferred Books and Records and FCC Licenses in effect or owned by Seller on the Closing Date that pertain solely to the telephone exchanges listed in Schedule 2.2 (the "Purchased Exchanges") other than the Excluded Property.

  • The Key Plant Contracts shall not result in a violation of this provision.
