Plant hire definition

Plant hire means the hire of tools, equipment, machines, plant and vehicles so described in the Purchase Order.

Examples of Plant hire in a sentence

  • In the event of loss of or damage to the Plant, hire charges shall be continued at idle time rates as defined in clause 25 until the settlement has been agreed.

  • In the case of Plant, hire charges will continue until such rectification is complete.
