Plant, machinery and equipment definition

Plant, machinery and equipment means such machinery or equipment peculiar to and directly related to an industry;
Plant, machinery and equipment means the plant machinery, equipment, vehicles, spare parts, tools and other tangible assets set forth on Schedule 4.9 attached to this Agreement together with the assignable warranties, rights and interests associated therewith, and any mining plans, surveys, reserves records, production records, operating records, customer lists, customer records, supplier lists, open purchase orders, bid books and other records which are used by or useful in the operation of the Business.
Plant, machinery and equipment means all the pipes, cabling and equipment, be it a fitting, fixture, or chattel in the Hangzhou Real Property used in connection with, or involved in providing the following: (i) heating, ventilation and air-conditioning; (ii) plumbing, sprinkler systems, drainage, water purification and sewage or surface water disposal; (iii) electricity, telecommunications installations, aerials, facsimile, telex, lighting, radio alarm, security, fire safety, public address and intercom systems, computer systems including any hardware and keying; (iv) filter pumps, pumping stations, and all other equipment plant and machinery on the Hangzhou Real Property; (v) sanitary ▇▇▇▇ and fitted furniture; (vi) elevators and escalators; and (vii) all other building systems and services within the Hangzhou Real Property.
