Plant Propagation Material definition
Plant Propagation Material means all the generative parts of the plant, such as seeds, which can be used for the multiplication of the plant and vegetative plant material such as, but not limited to cuttings, roots, fruits, tubers, bulbs, rhizomes, meristem tissue and parts of plants. Also included are germinated plants and young plants, which are transplanted after germination or after emergence from the soil.
