Plant Seniority as used herein shall mean a period reflected by the Company’s employment records of an employee’s continuous service. Plant seniority shall accumulate for the purpose of determining rights of employees in connection with lay-offs and recalls.

Plant Seniority. Plant seniority is for plants that have more than eight (8) hours per day shift operations. This seniority shall be utilized when assigning shifts or work schedules for a plant. • To the extent they can be accommodated, they will be assigned according to Plant Seniority providing they are qualified to perform the work required.

They will be available for inspection by the employees concerned at the Production Office, or some other suitable location. Effective July the Seniority list will show two dates:
