Platform Availability means the percentage of hours in a calendar month that the Service is available, excluding scheduled maintenance and/or critical maintenance (“Maintenance”). PolicyMap will use reasonable efforts to make the Service available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with the exception of Maintenance periods. PolicyMap will provide Subscriber notice of any Maintenance and will use reasonable efforts to limit extended periods of Maintenance to Saturdays and Sundays, between 11 pm and 2 am US Eastern time.
