Platform Lease definition

Platform Lease means, collectively, (i) that certain lease dated August 11, 2016, by and between Parkwood IV and V LLC and Duke Realty Limited Partnership for space located at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ and (ii) that certain lease dated September 19, 2006, as amended, by and between TRIP Tower III Corp, as landlord, and Duke Realty Services Limited Partnership, as tenant, for a portion of the space located at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇.

Examples of Platform Lease in a sentence

  • Any previous written or oral agreement among the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof (including the Existing Platform Lease) is superseded by this Agreement.

  • Upon the Effective Date, the Existing Platform Lease shall automatically terminate, effective immediately, without the need for further action by either Party.

  • On termination, the Creator’s right to access the Platform and all licenses granted by the Company terminates, and the Company will remit to the Creator, no later than 45 days after the date of termination, all outstanding Creator Revenues earned under this agreement less the Platform Lease Fee.
