Platform Maintenance definition

Platform Maintenance means the maintenance of the underlying infrastructure used to host the Qudini Platform. Professional Services: refers to those additional IT Professional Services and Non-IT Professional Services selected by Client as set out in the Commercial Terms & Order Form. Professional Services Agreement: refers to any agreement for Professional Services inclusive of any corresponding SOW.
Platform Maintenance means maintenance of the Platform, including without limitation associated Software, Third-Party Services, database index rebuilding, updates, patches, and network upgrades, as applicable in each case.
Platform Maintenance means new releases of the Service providing enhanced functionality and/or amendments or adjustments of the Service, repairs to the existing Service, or structural changes to the Service.

Related to Platform Maintenance

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.
