Platinum Card definition

Platinum Card means an unexpired valid Platinum credit card issued by the Bank to the Cardholder pursuant to the Visa International Operating Regulations or MasterCard Operating Regulations respectively.

Platinum Card means an ANZ Rewards Visa Platinum, ANZ Rewards Visa Travel Adventures or any other card as may be notified to account holders as being a platinum card for the purposes of these terms and conditions.

Examples of Platinum Card in a sentence

  • We will charge $175 for up to 3 additional Platinum Cards, $175 for each additional Platinum Card after the first 3, and $0 for additional Gold Cards.

  • In addition, if you have more than one consumer Platinum Card Account linked to the same SkyMiles account, you are eligible for only two Status Boost awards (one per threshold) each calendar year.

  • Platinum Card Assistance shall arrange for a competent and certified electrician to effect the repair or if unable to do so, refer the Covered Person to the nearest point of service available.

  • Goods and Services or "goods or services" means any work, labor, commodities, equipment, materials, or supplies of any tangible or intangible nature, except real property or any interest therein, provided or performed through a contract awarded by a purchasing agent, including goods and property subject to N.J.S.A. 12A:2-101 et seq.

  • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
