Platinum means elemental platinum having an atomic weight of 195.09 and the chemical element symbol of Pt, whether found by itself or in combination with its alloys or any other metal.
CSDP means the Central Securities Depository Prague
CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
CTI means Castle Transmission International Limited.
ADT means Weighted Average Daily Traffic, or the ratio between (a) traffic to (b) the number of days in a given period of time. Traffic is the number of vehicle crossings in toll plazas or free toll roads in a given period of time.
Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.
MP means Monongahela Power Company, an Ohio corporation.
SDP means the Site Development Plan approved by the Local Authority;
DS Electric generation service that is provided at retail pursuant to the Applicable Legal Authorities under the Company’s retail electric tariffs and under any other agreements or arrangements between the Company and Customers, to any Customer that is not being served by an EGS. Default Allocation Assessment – shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the PJM Agreements. Delivery Period – The delivery period specified in an Appendix C Transaction Confirmation. Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.
EUMA means the “SAP Delivered Support Agreement” which sets out the terms and conditions under which SAP provides support to End Users and which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.
SPI means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(a)(2).
ESMP means an environmental and social management plan (including any pest management plan), acceptable to the Association and consistent with the ESMF, adopted for the purposes of a Micro-project, and giving details of the magnitude of the environmental impacts, as well as the specific actions, measures and policies designed to facilitate the achievement of the objective of the ESMF under the Micro-project, including the budget and cost estimates, and sources of funding, along with the institutional and procedural measures needed to implement such actions, measures and policies, as such ESMP may be amended form time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association.
CJI means criminal justice information collected by criminal justice agencies needed for the performance of their authorized functions, including, without limitation, all information defined as criminal justice information by the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Criminal Justice Information Services Security Policy, as amended and all Criminal Justice Records as defined under §24-72-302, C.R.S.
Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.
SCI has the meaning set forth with respect thereto in the preamble. ---
CGS means the Connecticut General Statutes.
CSP means a Member or a Special Member, which action on behalf of itself or one or more other Members or non-Members, participates in the PJM Interchange Energy Market, Ancillary Services markets, and/or Reliability Pricing Model by causing a reduction in demand. Customer Facility:
Xxxxxxx Group means (i) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family, (ii) Xxxxxxx Energy Partners I, LP and SEP Management I, LLC, (iii) Xxxxxxx Parent, (iv) Xxxxxxx Investor, (v) Xxxxxxx Production Partners LP, (vi) Xxxxxxx Oil & Gas Corporation, (vii) Blackstone Newco and (viii) any Person Controlled by any one or more of the foregoing (other than the General Partner, the Partnership or any of their respective Subsidiaries).
ANI means automatic number identification.
IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.
HKFE means the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited;
BD means Business Day and “DD” means Dealing Day. Any application received after the cut off time on a Dealing Day will be treated as an application for the next Dealing Day.
Pioneer or the "Company" means Pioneer Natural Resources Company and its subsidiaries.
