Platinum Group definition

Platinum Group means Platinum and any partners (general or limited), members or stockholders of any of the foregoing.

Platinum Group means Platinum Venture Capital Ltd., Danbar Tech 2001 LP, Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx Trust Company Ltd., Leader Tech Ltd., SFKT I LP and Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx Technologies Ltd; and “Star Group” shall mean SVM Star Ventures Managementgesellschaft mbH Xx.0 & Xx. Xxxxxxxxxxxx XX Xx.0, XXX Star Ventures Managementgesellschaft mbH Nr.3, SVE Star Ventures Enterprises GmbH & CO No.IX KG, and Star Management of Investments No II (2000) LP. No Transfer shall be effective pursuant to this Section 6(d) unless the transferee agrees in writing to be bound by the lock-up provisions of this Section 6, including, without limitation, those terms and conditions applicable to the transferor.

  • Associated Companies : means any agent with delegated authority under Section 20 of these Terms and Conditions.

  • ATS means an alternative trading system, as defined in Rule 300(a)(1) of Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act.
