Pledged Value definition

Pledged Value means, on any Ex-Dividend Date, the product of the Total Number of Units and the VWAP per Unit on such Ex-Dividend Date.
Pledged Value per Proportionate Voting Share means the closing price of the Subordinate Voting Shares on the principal trading market for such shares on the trading day immediately preceding the Valuation Date, multiplied by 80; and “Pledged Value” per Subordinate Voting Share means the closing price of the Subordinate Voting Shares on the principal trading market for such shares on the trading day immediately preceding the Valuation Date. Pledged Value of any other assets shall be valued at fair market value of such assets. The pledge agreement shall name the Company to act as pledgeholder and shall contain such other terms as shall be reasonable and customary in stock pledge agreements.

  • For each Pledged Asset Mortgage Loan, the Company has obtained a Letter of Credit from the Pledge Holder for the Pledged Value Amount.

  • Pledged Value of any other assets shall be valued at fair market value of such assets.

  • Agent shall have the right to establish, modify or eliminate Reserves against the Eligible Pledged Value from time to time in accordance with Section 1.21.

Related to Pledged Value

  • Pledged Equity Interest means an Equity Interest that is included in the Collateral at such time.

  • Pledged LLC Interests means all right, title and interest of any Grantor as a member of any LLC and all right, title and interest of any Grantor in, to and under any LLC Agreement to which it is a party.

  • Pledged Equity Interests means all Pledged Stock, Pledged LLC Interests, Pledged Partnership Interests and Pledged Trust Interests.
