Examples of Plein Air in a sentence

  • Performer shall be responsible for picking up the Art within days of the end of the En Plein Air Exhibition as provided in subsection II(B) of this Agreement.

  • If selected by a Cultural Arts and Public Spaces Advisory Committee ("CAPS") subcommittee, Performer agrees to drop-off and have the completed Art displayed in the En Plein Air Exhibition for a period of 90 days, beginning on or about January 22, 2022.

  • The Performer agrees to actively paint (the "Art") during the Plein Air Festival (the "Event") to be held at Purple Park, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, on September 18, 2021.

  • The Performer agrees to actively paint (the "Art") during the Plein Air Festival (the "Event") to be held at Purple Park, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, on October 1, 2022.

  • If selected by a Cultural Arts and Public Spaces Advisory Committee ("CAPS") subcommittee, Performer agrees to drop-off and have the completed Art displayed in the En Plein Air Exhibition for a period of 90 days, beginning on or about December 30, 2022.

  • I hereby release and forever discharge Cheekwood from any and all liability claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever that may arise on account of any first aid or other medical treatment rendered during my participation with Cheekwood during En Plein Air.

  • I understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges the Organization from any liability or claim that I may have against the Organization with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, property damage, cost or expenses, or any other claim which may occur from participation in the Plein Air @ Washington County event, except for the intentional misconduct and/or gross negligence of the Organization’s employees or agents.

  • I understand that Cheekwood is not required to purchase or acquire any artwork that is produced in relation to En Plein Air.

  • MAGI understands and acknowledges that Consultant may provide consulting services to others and undertake other activities unrelated to the Services under this Agreement (including, without limitation, operation of one or more Signature Dealer galleries and the development and operation of an originals and Plein Air program for ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Kinkade).

  • Performer shall be responsible for picking up the Art from the En Plein Air Exhibition by April 1, 2023, as provided in subsection II(B) of this Agreement and Exhibit A.
