PLUMBER CERTIFICATION definition
PLUMBER CERTIFICATION. Any Maintenance Plumber that completes an IUOE qualified certification program shall receive a five percent (5%) incentive of their base pay per biweekly pay period for satisfactory completion. Incentive shall be granted pursuant to this Section only after submission of appropriate documentation to their department. Employee will become eligible the first day of the following pay period.
