PM Standards definition
PM Standards means and refer to the activities of preventative maintenance that Landlord performs with regard to the equipment that serves the Premises. Landlord’s current list of PM Standards is available on the Internet at the following URL: “POP Room” shall mean and refer to the POP Room described in Item 16 of the Basic Lease Information.
PM Standards means and refer to the activities of preventative maintenance and testing that Landlord performs with regard to the critical infrastructure that serves the Premises. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that Landlord’s PM Standards shall be consistent with industry standard custom and practice and will at a minimum meet then-current OEM recommended levels and practices.
