PO-2 Component definition

PO-2 Component. The Principal-Only Component of the Class PO Certificates that relates to the Group 2 Mortgage Loans.

  • With respect to the Class X Certificates and each Distribution Date, any amount of Net Deferred Interest added to the Principal Balances of the related Mortgage Loans that is allocated to the Class X Certificates on such Distribution Date will be added as principal to the outstanding Component Principal Balances of the PO-1 Component and the PO-2 Component based upon the amount of Deferred Interest attributable to the Mortgage Loans in the related Loan Group.

  • With respect to the Class X Certificates and each Distribution Date, any amount of Net Deferred Interest added to the Principal Balances of the related Mortgage Loans that is allocated to the IO Component of the Class X Certificates on such Distribution Date will be added as principal to the outstanding Component Principal Balances of the PO-1 Component, the PO-2 Component and PO-3 Components based upon the amount of Deferred Interest attributable to the Mortgage Loans in the related Loan Group.

  • The remaining funds shall be transferred to the Distribution Account to be included as part of principal distributions to the Class PO-2 Component, to the extent of the Remaining PO Prefunded Amount, and to the other Classes of Group 2 Certificates, to the extent of the Remaining Non-PO Prefunded Amount, as applicable.

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-1 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class B Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Principal Component The principal payment plus any interest payments that are either due after the date specified in, or are specified as ineligible for stripping in, the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Class X-A Components The Class A-1 Component, Class A-2 Component, Class A-3 Component, Class A-4 Component, Class A-AB Component and Class A-S Component, each of which constitutes a separate class of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Upper-Tier REMIC with a pass-through rate equal to its Class X Strip Rate from time to time and a notional amount equal to its Component Notional Amount from time to time.

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-3 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class X-1 Strip Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) the sum of the Class LA-1-2-A Component Class X-2 Strip Rate and the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Index Component means those securities, assets or reference values of which the Index is comprised from time to time.

  • Cash Component means the difference between the aggregate Net Asset Value of the Units comprising an Application Unit and the Application Basket Value.

  • REMIC 2 Overcollateralization Target Amount 1.00% of the Overcollateralization Target Amount.

  • Class B-6 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-6 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-6 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Critical Component means, in respect of a weapons system referred to in the definition of Prohibited Defense Contract, a component used specifically in the production of the weapon system or plays a direct role in the lethality of the weapon system.

  • Class X Strip Rate With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to: (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date, minus (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.

  • Reduction Percentage means the percentage rate by which the Initial Per Certificate Entitlement will reduce on a daily basis on the assumption that the daily rate will be theper annum rate specified in the Final Terms divided by 365 and applied accordingly. B.29 Description of the flow of fundsSave to the extent that the Authorised Participant as subscribed for the issue of Certificates in whole or in part by the physical delivery of the relevant Precious Metal in respect of the Series (the "Underlying Precious Metal"), the net proceeds from each issue of Certificates will be used (a) to purchase the Underlying Precious Metal and (b) to pay any listing fees incurred in connection with the listing of the Certificates. The Certificates will not bear interest. On redemption, a Certificateholder will, in respect of a Certificate, receive on a date on or before the third business day following the relevant Eligible Redemption Valuation Date(being any business day) (in each case the "Settlement Date"):

  • Class B-2 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-2 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-2 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-2 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • M4 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 84.30% and (ii) the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount.

  • Bearing components means the bearing element, retainer, inner race, or outer race.

  • M2 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 81.50% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.
