PO Mortgage Loan definition

PO Mortgage Loan. Any Mortgage Loan with a Pass-Through Rate of less than 7.250% per annum.
PO Mortgage Loan. Each Mortgage Loan in Sub-Pool 2 with a Net Mortgage Rate below 6.50% per annum.
PO Mortgage Loan. Each Mortgage Loan with a Minimum Net Mortgage Rate below 8.10% per annum.
