PO Price definition

PO Price means the purchase price set forth in the P.O. to be paid by the Customer for Products. “P.O. Proceeds” means payments received on account of P.O. Invoices (whether paid by the Customer or any other Person).
PO Price means the total of Basic Price and applicable GST, payable to Seller for performance of obligations under this PO, as specified in STC.
PO Price means the charge to Aon for the Goods or Services.

Examples of PO Price in a sentence

  • Upon delivery of Product to the Customer, Assignor shall issue a P.O. Invoice (and deliver any other related documents required by the applicable P.O. for issuance of an invoice on account of such P.O.) to the Customer for the full P.O. Price.

  • Unless otherwise specified, prices are F.O.B. jobsite as specified in the Purchase Order or otherwise directed by ▇▇▇▇▇, and the PO Price includes the amounts of all packing and cartage charges, applicable sales, use, transfer, excise or other taxes, insurance, tariffs or custom duties that may apply.

  • If requested by Buyer or required by the PO Documents, Seller, at its expense, shall keep in effect until final acceptance of the Materials and thereafter until the expiration of Seller’s warranties provided in this Agreement, performance, payment, and/or maintenance bonds in the principal amount of the PO Price or such greater amount as may be required by the PO Documents, with a corporate surety approved by Buyer, which bonds shall be on the standard forms furnished by Buyer.


More Definitions of PO Price

PO Price means the price for the supply and delivery of the Goods as specified in Schedule 2.
PO Price means the total sum set forth in the PO payable by BUYER for the Seller’s due and timely delivery of the Services.
