b. Gas Transportation Agreement dated June 26, 1992 between Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company and Project Orange Associates, L.P.
c. Firm Natural Gas Transportation Agreement dated March 29, 1991 between Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company and Project Orange Associates, L.P.
d. Gas Transportation Agreement dated November 19, 1987 between Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company and Gas Alternative Systems, Inc.
e. Firm Service Contract dated October 11, 1990 between Transcanada Pipelines Limited and Canadian Hunter Exploration Ltd.
