POA Fee(s) definition

POA Fee(s) means the fee or fees paid by the Members to, and held in escrow in accordance with the terms of this Trust Agreement by, the Trustee for the Members’ respective annual POA fees, including without limitation recreation, maintenance and reserve fees and assessments, that each Member became obligated to pay to its respective POA when such Member purchased its Accommodation.

  • Property Owner's Association (POA): Fees or dues related to the POA shall be the responsibility of the Lessor through the term of this agreement.

  • The amounts due for the POA Fees will be adjusted at the end of each year upon receipt of the actual amounts of the fees due the POAs and each Member will be billed for any increase in the POA Fees on or about January 31 of the following year.

  • Manager shall receive a monthly compensation equal to one-twelfth (1/12th) of five percent (5%) of the Program Fees, special and other assessments (other than the POA Fees) collected from Members in connection with the operation of the Trust.

  • The POA Fees held in escrow pursuant to Article X and the reservation system owned by the Plan Manager shall not be part of the Trust Properties.

  • In the event a property owner's association (the POA) is created for the Project (or any portion thereof) and the Premises is subject to the POA, Tenant agrees to pay all reasonable fees and assessments (the POA Fees) assessed against the Premises by the POA so long as the POA Fees are for services provided by the POA which would otherwise be provided by the Landlord and paid by Tenant as Component Charges.

  • The amount of the refund shall equal the balance of the withdrawing Member’s prepaid POA Fees less any administrative fees charged by the Trust and/or the Plan Manager in connection with such withdrawal.

  • All costs and expenses incurred in connection with any escrow which may be established (including without limitation, the escrow for the POA Fees), it being understood, however, that neither the Trust nor the Trustee is required to take any action resulting in any expense of any kind unless the Trust has funds on deposit in the Program Fund to pay such expense, or unless the Trust receives a written guarantee satisfactory to the Trustee that such expenses will be promptly paid.

Related to POA Fee(s)

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Tax fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.

  • Membership Fees means the fees established pursuant to the By-Laws of the Union as the fees payable by the members of the Bargaining Unit, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or any other levy.

  • L/C Fees means, with respect to an L/C, the amount calculated by multiplying (i) the face amount of that L/C by the rate for calculation of the L/C Fee specified in Section 2.6 by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the duration of the term of that L/C and the denominator of which is the number of days in the calendar year in question.
