A Pogo Vehicle may not be used by a Member for more than five (5) consecutive days without explicit written authorization from Pogo.
A Member’s failure to report any deficiency prior to using an Pogo Vehicle may result in that Member being held responsible for the repair, cleaning, or other costs related to the Pogo Vehicle.
