Point of Final Disposition definition

Point of Final Disposition means a location approved by the Division to receive scrap tires including, but not limited to, scrap tire processors, scrap tire sorters and end users.
Point of Final Disposition means a point in the downstream flow of materials where the separated materials generated from the processing of lamps become commodities used to produce new products or the materials are disposed of.

  • Dispositional hearing means a hearing to determine the order of disposition which should be made with respect to a child adjudged to be a ward of the court;
