Police Chief definition

Police Chief means the Chief of Police or temporary acting Chief of Police of the Department.
Police Chief means the police chief of the City of Colusa or his or her designee.
Police Chief means the Chief of Police of the Brandon Police Service and includes any person designated by the Chief of Police to perform his duties with respect to this By-law.
