All Agreements are subject to the statutes, rules, regulations and policies governing the TOLLWAY and are expressly subject to the approval of the TOLLWAY’s Board of Directors, the Procurement Policy Board, the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services, and the Attorney General of the State of Illinois.
Meetings may be called by any two (2) members of the Policy Board upon notice to Business Manager.
Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the act of a majority of the members of the Policy Board shall be the act of the Policy Board.
Members of the Policy Board may participate in a meeting by means of conference telephone.
