Policy Endorsement definition

Policy Endorsement means any document issued by us which sets out amendments to the provisions of this Policy.
Policy Endorsement means the form provided by the Insurer pursuant to which the Company endorses to the Participant (or a Trustee in Interest) the right to name a beneficiary for the Policy Death Benefit.

  • The Bank may replace the Policy with a comparable insurance policy to cover the benefit provided under this Agreement, in which case the Bank and the Executive shall execute a new Split Dollar Policy Endorsement for the comparable insurance policy.
