Policyowners definition

Policyowners means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇, PC, a District of Columbia professional corporation (“CW”); ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇, PA, a Maryland professional association (“YBL”); and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇., a Virginia sole proprietorship (“WAM”).
Policyowners means all persons or entities who (i) own a life insurance policy or other contract issued by Prudential in the United States, or (ii) owned at its termination a life insurance policy or other contract issued by Prudential in the United States.
Policyowners means owners of one or more Class Policy(ies). Excluded from the definition are persons or entities who signed a release in connection with the settlement of a claim, complaint, action, lawsuit or proceeding, pending or threatened, that released Prudential with respect to such Policy(ies).

Examples of Policyowners in a sentence

  • Broker-Dealer hereby agrees to deliver all such Variable Contracts to Policyowners within ten (10) days of their receipt by Broker-Dealer from Insurer.

  • Fund proxies services, including facilitating distribution of proxy material to Policyowners, tabulation and reporting.

  • Communications to Policyowners regarding performance of the Series.

  • Insurer will transmit Variable Contracts to Broker-Dealer for delivery to Policyowners.

  • The Company may, upon written request of Broker-Dealer, transmit Policies to Broker-Dealer or Agency for delivery to Policyowners.
