Poll Clerk definition

Poll Clerk. – means a person appointed by the Chief Electoral Officer to assist a Deputy Returning Officer at the Polls.
Poll Clerk means a clerk appointed to assist a presiding officer at the taking of a poll;
Poll Clerk means a person who has been sworn in by the Returning Officer and/or Deputy Returning Officer to monitor and control proper procedures of the election at each and every polling place.
