Pollution Control Corporation definition

Pollution Control Corporation means Coconino County, Arizona Pollution Control Corporation, an Arizona nonprofit corporation and a political subdivision of the State of Arizona incorporated for and with the approval of the County of Coconino, Arizona, pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the State of Arizona and the Act, its successors and their assigns.

  • The Pollution Control Corporation represents that it is duly authorized under the Constitution and laws of the State of Arizona to issue the Bonds authorized hereby, to enter into the Loan Agreement and this Indenture, and to pledge and assign to the Trustee the Trust Estate, and that the Bonds in the hands of the Owners thereof are and will be valid and binding limited obligations of the Pollution Control Corporation.

  • For the payment of interest on the Bonds, the Pollution Control Corporation shall cause to be deposited in the Bond Fund, on each interest payment date, solely out of the Receipts and Revenues of the Pollution Control Corporation from the Loan Agreement and other moneys pledged therefor, an amount sufficient to pay the interest to become due on such interest payment date.

  • The Company shall, within fifteen (15) days after the delivery thereof, furnish to the Pollution Control Corporation and the Trustee a true and complete copy of the agreements or other documents effectuating any such assignment, lease, sale, transfer or other disposition.

  • In all cases in which the privilege of exchanging Bonds or registering the transfer of Bonds is exercised, the Pollution Control Corporation shall execute and the Trustee shall authenticate and deliver Bonds in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture.

  • Any new Trustee so appointed by the Pollution Control Corporation shall immediately and without further act be superseded by a Trustee appointed by the Owners of the Bonds in the manner above provided.

  • Simultaneous with the order of suspension, the board shall institute proceedings for a hearing as provided under ORS 687.011 to 687.250, 687.895 and 687.991.

  • School Corporation means the Western Xxxxx County Community School Corporation of the County of Xxxxx of the State of Indiana;

  • Environmental Management Plan or “EMP” means the environmental management plan for the Project, including any update thereto, incorporated in the IEE;

  • Family farm corporation means a corporation founded for the purpose of farming agricultural land in which the majority of the voting stock is held by and the majority of the stockholders are persons or the spouse of persons related to each other within the fourth degree of kinship, according to the rules of the civil law, and at least one of the related persons is residing on or actively operating the farm, and none of whose stockholders are a corporation. A family farm corporation does not cease to qualify under this division where, by reason of any devise, bequest, or the operation of the laws of descent or distribution, the ownership of shares of voting stock is transferred to another person, as long as that person is within the degree of kinship stipulated in this division.

  • Corporation/ Corpn./ Department means the Central Warehousing Corporation.

  • Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan or "SWPPP" means a document that is prepared in accordance with good engineering practices and that identifies potential sources of pollutants that may reasonably be expected to affect the quality of stormwater discharges from the construction site, and otherwise meets the requirements of this Ordinance. In addition the document shall identify and require the implementation of control measures, and shall include, but not be limited to the inclusion of, or the incorporation by reference of, an approved erosion and sediment control plan, an approved stormwater management plan, and a pollution prevention plan.

  • QUALIFIED MUNICIPAL CORPORATION means a municipal corporation that, by resolution or ordinance adopted on or before December 31, 2011, adopted Ohio adjusted gross income, as defined by section 5747.01 of the Ohio Revised Code, as the income subject to tax for the purposes of imposing a municipal income tax.

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

  • Renewable energy resource means a resource that naturally replenishes over a human, not a geological, time frame and that is ultimately derived from solar power, water power, or wind power. Renewable energy resource does not include petroleum, nuclear, natural gas, or coal. A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Conservation Plan means a document that outlines how a project site will be managed using best management practices to avoid potential negative environmental impacts.
