Pool Aircraft Collateral means all Pool Aircraft, each of the Leases related thereto and the right, title and interest of each relevant Owner Subsidiary in and to the acquisition agreement related to such Pool Aircraft.

  • Subsequent to a Release Date in respect of a Pool Aircraft, upon (i) the inclusion of any additional such document or instrument in the Pool Aircraft Collateral in respect of such Pool Aircraft or (ii) the amendment or replacement thereof, the Grantors will deliver, or cause to be delivered, a copy thereof to the Collateral Agent.

  • The Grantors shall provide a true and complete copy of all documents or instruments constituting Pool Aircraft Collateral to the Collateral Agent on or prior to the Release Date in respect of such Pool Aircraft.
