Pool Compliance Certificate definition
Pool Compliance Certificate means:
(i) a Pool Safety Certificate under section 231C(a) of the Building Act 1975; or
(ii) a building certificate that may be used instead of a Pool Safety Certificate under section 246AN(2) of the Building Act 1975; or
(iii) an exemption from compliance on the grounds of impracticality under section 245B of the Building Act 1975;
Pool Compliance Certificate means: nominated by the Seller that allows the Buyer and Seller to effect Electronic Lodgement and Financial Settlement;
Pool Compliance Certificate means the written confirmation from the Authority (in the form of Exhibit K hereof) to Trustee to indicate that all loans in a Pool have received Final Certificate of Code Compliance Review approval and the related Certificate is ready for purchase.
