Pool CST I definition

Pool CST I. New hires (meaning employees hired into the Pool after October 1st, 2010) will have rights under this Article, and only under this Article. The parties recognize that Pool CST Is will not have rights under the Collective Agreement other than what is specifically provided in this Article. A Pool CST I is not a “Regular Employee” within the meaning of the Collective Agreement.

Eligible Accounts may bear interest, and may include, if otherwise qualified under this definition, accounts maintained with the Trustee.
