Pool I Overcollateralization Reduction Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the Pool I Overcollateralization Amount over (y) the Pool I Specified Overcollateralization Amount assuming that the Class A-1 Maximum Principal Payment had been distributed to the Class A-1 Noteholders on such Payment Date.
Pool I Overcollateralization Reduction Amount. With respect to Loan Pool I and any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (x) the Pool I Excess Overcollateralization Amount for such Payment Date and (y) the Pool I Principal Remittance Amount for such Payment Date.
