Collateral Provider means the Security Collateral Provider under a Security Document or the Transferor under a Transfer Annex, according to context, in relation to which “Collateral Taker” means the Secured Party or the Transferee, as the case may be.
Individual provider means an individual provider as defined
Hub Provider means an entity that (i) provides Common Channel Signaling (SS7) connectivity between the networks of service providers that are not directly connected to each other; or (ii) provides third party database services such as LIDB. The SS7 messages received by Hub Providers are accepted or rejected by the Hub Provider depending on whether a contractual arrangement exists between the Hub Provider and the message originator (sender) and whether the message originator has contracted for the type of SS7 messages being submitted for transmission to the Hub Provider.
New Provider means any replacement service provider or providers engaged to provide the Services (or part thereof) or substantially similar services or the Authority itself where the Services or substantially similar services or part thereof continue to be provided by the Authority after partial termination, termination or expiry of this Contract;
Professional Provider means a Physician, Dentist, Podiatrist, Psychologist, Chiropractor, Optometrist or any Provider designated by the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan.
Non-Administrator Provider means a Provider that does not meet the definition of Administrator Provider unless otherwise specified in the definition of a particular Provider.
Participating provider means an Administrator Hospital or Professional Provider which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program or an Administrator facility which has been designated by the Claim Administrator as a Participating Provider.
Medical provider means a medical service provider, a hospital, a medical clinic, or a vendor of medical services.
Wireless provider means a wireless infrastructure provider or a wireless services provider.
Third Party Provider means licensors, subcontractors and suppliers of BNYM furnishing the Third Party Products.
financial service provider means a person engaged in the business of providing financial services in terms of authorisation issued or registration granted by a financial sector regulator;
Network Provider means a provider of health care, or a group of providers of health care, which has entered into a written agreement with the issuer to provide benefits insured under a Medicare Select policy.
Enhancement Provider means, with respect to any Series, the Person, if any, designated as such in the related Supplement.
Loan Servicer means the entity that from time to time is designated by Lender to collect payments and deposits and receive Notices under the Note, the Security Instrument, this Loan Agreement and any other Loan Document, and otherwise to service the Loan evidenced by the Note for the benefit of Lender.
Credit Enhancement Provider means, with respect to any Securities, any person issuing, funding or otherwise making available, for the benefit of Securityholders or any party to a Serviced Corporate Trust Contract, an asset as an enhancement of the credit quality or liquidity of any Securities or the mortgage assets or other assets pledged for or underlying such Securities, such as a letter of credit, surety bond, insurance policy, guaranty, reserve fund pledge or collateral undertaking.
Non-Participating Provider means an Administrator Hospital or Professional Provider which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program or a facility which has not been designated by the Claim Administrator as a Participating Provider.
Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;
Provider is any individual or company that provides professional or technical services.
Non-Network Provider means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.
Continuing education provider or “CE provider” means an individual or entity that is approved to offer continuing education courses pursuant to [insert reference in State law or regulations governing producer continuing education course approval].
Policy Provider means MBIA Insurance Corporation, or any successor thereto.
Data Provider means a Participant that is registered to provide information to GS1 South Africa for use through the Verified by GS1 Services.
Access Provider in this RAO means the Access Provider stated in the cover of this RAO who owns or provides the Access Service listed in the Access List and who is a Licensee as defined in the Act.
