Pooling Documents definition
Pooling Documents means each of the original schedules, forms and other documents (other than the Mortgage Note) required to be delivered by or on behalf of Seller with respect to a Pooled Loan to the Agency and/or the Buyer and/or the Custodian, as further described in the Custodial Agreement.
