Port Captain definition

Port Captain means the officer appointed as Port Captain of a port in terms of section 20, or anyone lawfully acting in that capacity;
Port Captain means the officer appointed by the South African Railways and Harbours Administration to take charge of the marine department for the control of a harbour or the officer acting as such for the time being;
Port Captain means the Maputo Port official responsible for the co-ordination of the physical berthing of vessels in accordance with the defined berth plan.
