Port Charges definition

Port Charges means the Pilotage fee (inclusive of towage charges) for LNG vessels as per Provisional amendments in notification number SRO 70 (KE)/2010 dated May 12, 2010 amended July 16, 2015 w.r.t. LNG Tariffs Section Para 0902 bullet “c” and Para 0908 Note 2 bullet C IX Pilotage (Please visit Port Qasim Authority’s website www.pqa.gov.pk where the rates are published or set by the Port Authority from time to time.). Anything additional to the “Port Charges” as defined will be treated separately and will be to Seller’s account. For the avoidance of doubt, Port Charges shall not include any additional charges or expenditure that may become payable by the Seller in connection with the use of the Discharge Port or the Receiving Facilities including for additional tugs, pilotage, towage, escort or watch vessel, immigration and custom clearance and any such charges shall be to the Seller’s account and shall not be reimbursed by the Buyer.
Port Charges means all charges of whatsoever nature (including rates, tolls and dues of every description) in respect of an LNG Vessel entering, arriving, staying at or leaving the Port or Terminal, including charges imposed by or on the Port Authority, the Harbour Master, fire boats, tugs and escort vessels, any Governmental Authority, pilots, and any other Person assisting an LNG Vessel to enter, arrive at or leave the Port or Terminal.
Port Charges means any fees or charges published on the Reference Tariff Schedule in respect of the activities under this Agreement.

  • The Owner agrees that it is liable to pay to Port of Melbourne the Port Charges in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Port Charges shall be due for payment within thirty (30) days of the date of the relevant invoice issued by Port of Melbourne by electronic transfer as directed in the invoice.

  • Port of Melbourne may, in its discretion, recover the Port Charges as, if applicable, a Wharfage Fee recoverable under section 74 of the PMA.

Port Charges all charges of whatsoever nature (including rates, tolls, dues, fees, and imposts of every description) in respect of an LNG Tanker entering or leaving the Loading Port or loading LNG, including wharfage fees, in-and-out fees, franchise fees, line handling charges, and charges imposed by tugs, the United States Coast Guard, a port authority, a harbor master, a Pilot, and any other authorized Person assisting an LNG Tanker to enter or leave the Loading Port, and further including port use fees, throughput fees and similar fees payable by users of the Loading Port (or by Seller or the operator of the Driftwood LNG Terminal on behalf of such users);
Port Charges means — (a)port dues and wharfage charges; or (b)port improvement rates, Levied under regulations made under section 99 for the purposes of section 48, and includes charges for pilotage and other services provided under Part 2 of the Ports (Functions) Act 1993; ”.

Port Charges. Both UNI and NNI port charges are based solely on the bandwidth selected by WinStar. Available port speeds range from 64 Kilobits per second (Kbps) to 1.536 Megabits per second (Mbps). Port Facilities means the Channel, Port of Melbourne Land and all other facilities owned, managed or controlled by PV, but does not include the Common User Wharves or Common User Terminals.
