PORTABLE COMMUNICATIONS DEVICE means the following portable devices: any mobile telephone, personal digital assistant (PDA), device with mobile data access, laptop computer, pager, electronic game, or computing device.
PORTABLE COMMUNICATIONS DEVICE means a pager, radio, station alert box, intercom, cellular telephone, or other communications method.
PORTABLE COMMUNICATIONS DEVICE means: any handheld mobile telephone, personal digital assistant (PDA), handheld device with mobile data access, laptop computer, pager, broadband personal communications device, two-way messaging device, electronic game, or portable computing device.
