Portal Provider definition

Portal Provider shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.3(E).
Portal Provider means the entity responsible for providing the Portal, which, in this instance, is Zurich Workplace Solutions (ZWS). ZWS is responsible for the development, management, and maintenance of the portal to ensure its functionality.
Portal Provider means the Arizona Department of Administration and its contractors engaged in providing for the transmission of the Department’s record information to its authorized electronic data access customers using their assigned digital government web application.

Examples of Portal Provider in a sentence

  • As a condition of providing access to the Communication Portal, the Portal Provider may require registration and the acceptance of a disclaimer and/or other agreement to the terms and conditions of use, including an agreement to comply with the Portal Provider’s instructions for use of the Communication Portal.

  • No such notice or report made by means of the Communication Portal shall be deemed sufficient for any purpose unless uploaded in accordance with the terms and conditions of use and instructions for use of the Communication Portal provided by the Portal Provider from time to time.

  • Neither the Administrative Agent nor (if different) the Portal Provider shall be responsible for any failure of any such notice or report to be delivered, timely or otherwise, to any party.

  • The OEL-designated single statewide information system used to capture and provide critical information to early learning coalitions, parents, partners, and providers, consisting of the Family Portal, Provider Services Portal, and Coalition Services Portal.

  • Notwithstanding the use of the Communication Portal by the Borrower or any other party, neither the Administrative Agent nor (if different) the Portal Provider shall be responsible for any failure of any such notice or report to be delivered, timely or otherwise, to any party.

  • Each of the Borrower, the Agent and (if different) the Portal Provider shall be entitled to rely on but shall not be responsible to any other party for the content or accuracy of any information provided by means of the Communication Portal.

  • Except for the Portal Provider, no third party may enforce the Terms.

Related to Portal Provider

  • Medical provider means a medical service provider, a hospital, a medical clinic, or a vendor of medical services.

  • Hosting Provider means any Permitted Subcontractor that is providing any or all of the Hosted Services under this Contract.

  • Professional Provider means a Physician, Dentist, Podiatrist, Psychologist, Chiropractor, Optometrist or any Provider designated by the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan.
