Portal Provider definition

Portal Provider shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.3(E).
Portal Provider means the Arizona Department of Administration and its contractors engaged in providing for the transmission of the Department’s record information to its authorized electronic data access customers using their assigned digital government web application.
Portal Provider means the entity responsible for providing the Portal, which, in this instance, is Zurich Workplace Solutions (ZWS). ZWS is responsible for the development, management, and maintenance of the portal to ensure its functionality.

Examples of Portal Provider in a sentence

  • A separate Document Preparation Software Fee shall be collected by the Portal Provider for each Eligible Loan submitted to the Loan Modification Program.

  • Document Preparation Software – The secure online program, maintained and operated by the Portal Provider, which facilitates the preparation of the Initial LMM Package by (1) populating the Initial Documents and (2) by generating a customized checklist of the required additional forms and supporting documents required by the Lender.

  • Document Preparation Software Fee – A non-refundable fee to be paid by the Debtor to the Portal Provider.

  • No such notice or report made by means of the Communication Portal shall be deemed sufficient for any purpose unless uploaded in accordance with the terms and conditions of use and instructions for use of the Communication Portal provided by the Portal Provider from time to time.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Portal Provider shall not be responsible for redacting from any uploaded notice or report any confidential information prior to providing that information to any other party.

  • LMM Portal Submission Fee – A non-refundable fee to be paid by the Debtor to the Portal Provider.

Related to Portal Provider

  • Medical provider means a medical service provider, a hospital, a medical clinic, or a vendor of medical services.

  • Professional Provider means a Physician, Dentist, Podiatrist, Psychologist, Chiropractor, Optometrist or any Provider designated by the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan.

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Individual provider means an individual provider as defined

  • Participating Provider means an Administrator Hospital or Professional Provider which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program or an Administrator facility which has been designated by the Claim Administrator as a Participating Provider.

  • Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Emergency medical services provider means a person who has received formal training in prehospital and emergency care, and is licensed to attend any person who is ill or injured or who has a disability. Police officers, firefighters, funeral home employees and other persons serving in a dual capacity one of which meets the definition of “emergency medical services provider” are “emergency medical services providers” within the meaning of this chapter.

  • Training provider means an organization meeting the eligibility conditions as mentioned in Data Sheet and selected in accordance with the criteria set forth for the purpose.

  • Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Data Provider means a Participant that is registered to provide information to GS1 South Africa for use through the Verified by GS1 Services.
