Portal Software definition

Portal Software means the software that facilitates provision of the Portal Services and any revisions, replacements, modifications, updates or documentation related to that software and provided to you by EFTPOS New Zealand or its authorised agents from time to time.
Portal Software means software developed by Synapse that: (1) downloads, installs, updates, modifies, and/or maintains application layer scripts for interacting with and/or running on the SNAP Software, and (2) is marketed by Synapse under the trademark “Synapse Portal®.”
Portal Software means (i) the software products designated on Schedule A hereto provided to Licensee by Portal in executable form (but not the Source Code), (ii) thc associated program documentation ("Documentation"), (iii) any source code or object code which Portal in its sole discretion may provide to Licensee from time to time and (iv) any Updates, modifications, maintenance releases, bug fixes or work-arounds which Portal may provide to Licensee from time to time.

Examples of Portal Software in a sentence

  • You acknowledge that the use of the Portal Services does not transfer any rights of ownership of the intellectual property rights vesting in the Portal Software owned by EFTPOS New Zealand.

  • Upon execution of this Agreement, EFTPOS New Zealand grants to you, and you accept a non-exclusive, non-transferable license (other than the right to sub-license to Users under these same terms and conditions) to use the Portal Software in conjuncture with the Portal Services for the term of this Agreement.

  • EXHIBIT I NOTICE OF EXERCISE I hereby notify Portal Software, Inc.

  • Admincontrol offers the Admincontrol Service, a subscription web based on-demand Portal (Software as a Service) for virtual data rooms and management board Portals.

  • Upon such termination, you agree to destroy or return to Synapse the Synapse Products, the Synapse Software, and the Portal Software in your possession or control and erase all copies residing on computer equipment in your possession or control.

  • The Synapse Software and the Portal Software are furnished “AS IS” and without warranty or indemnity of any kind.

  • An intended purpose of the Portal Software is to facilitate downloading, installing, updating, modifying, and/or maintaining application layer scripts that interact with and/or run on the SNAP Software.

  • For thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of the license to the Synapse Software, Synapse warrants that the media on which the Synapse Software and the Portal Software is contained will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Your license is automatically terminated when you transfer the Portal Software.

  • Portal will not be responsible for the migration or implementation of the Services for Updates, releases or versions of the Portal Software, unless Customer separately contracts for such migration or implementation.
