Portfolio CLN definition

Portfolio CLN means a pro-rata default basket credit linked notes where the Issuer purchases credit protection from the Noteholders in respect of two or more Reference Entities. Upon the delivery of the Credit Event Notice with respect to any of the Reference Entities, the Note will, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms, be redeemed proportionally in relation to all Reference Entities in respect of which an Event Determination Date occurs.
