Portfolio LTV definition

Portfolio LTV means, as of any date of determination, the ratio (expressed as a percentage rounded down to the nearest whole number) of (a) the aggregate amount of Advances Outstanding as of such date to (b) the most recent Total Portfolio Value as of such date.
Portfolio LTV means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the (i) Loans, (ii) any loans or credits being senior to a Loan in relation any Real Estate and (iii) any loans and credits ranking pari passu to a Loan in relation any Real Estate as a percentage of the Market Value;
